How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes and take place once a week. In some situations, meeting two times a week may prove to be beneficial. At first, I encourage most individuals to meet weekly to establish a therapeutic relationship as well as clearly identify their goals for working with me.
Dreamwork sessions range from 30-90 minutes in length and frequency will depend on you and your specific needs. (Ask me about utilizing targeted dreamwork over a 8-10 week period!)
Dream Groups and Psychotherapy groups run about 90 minutes and will generally meet weekly. -

I am currently paneled with HealthChoice.
If you have another insurance plan, check on your out of network benefits! I can provide a superbill, when appropriate, where most or all of your therapy may be paid by your current insurer. You will need to meet medical necessity for qualifying DSM-5TR diagnosis and symptoms in order to utilize OON benefits.
Before utilizing insurance, It’s important to consider that submitting an insurance claim compromises the complete privacy and confidentiality that is otherwise assured in therapy.
*Please note dreamwork consultation and groups are not covered by insurance.

If you are unable to show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee for the scheduled session. Please note, if I am accepting your insurance, you will be responsible for my full fee and not just the copay.

Dream exploration is not a requirement for therapy, it is just one tool I utilize to help individuals explore their inner world. There are many ways to tap into the realm of the unconscious. Dreams are only one of the ways to uncover what is under the surface. Everyone dreams. But if you would like to work with dreams and have difficulty capturing the dream material, ways to facilitate this work can be explored.

I follow all legal and professional guidelines concerning confidentiality. In most circumstances, communications between a client and psychotherapist are confidential. No information will be disclosed without the prior written permission by the client as to what can be disclosed and to whom.
However, there are some rare exceptions to this rule that are required by law. These exceptions are outlined in my consent for treatment form and are all related to the safety of the clietns and others.
It is always my goal to continue to remain respectful of clients’ rights and work collaboratively when there is a concern around safety.I refer to the Oklahoma LPC rules, the ACA code of ethics, the C.G. Jung Institute of Colorado Code of Ethics, the IASD ethics for dreamwork, as well as the IAAP ethical standards as my guides.
